How much do braces & Invisalign cost a month?

There is no set monthly cost of braces. All of our treatment plans are 100% personalized for each patient! Your monthly costs will depend on the length and complexity of your case, the payment plan you choose and your insurance coverage (if you have ortho insurance).

Cost of Braces & Invisalign with Insurance

Insurance can cover a significant portion of your treatment cost! Most insurance plans will cover 50% of your total cost, which can make a huge difference in terms of your down payment and monthly payments.

Here’s how insurance with braces or Invisalign works:

  • Dental insurance typically comes with an orthodontics benefit (separate from regular dental insurance), which may have a lifetime maximum benefit amount or percentage. This means that if orthodontics is considered medically necessary, your insurance provider may pay out 50% of your cost, with a capped amount that varies based on your specific plan.
  • Your insurance provider will then cover a certain portion of your treatment costs, and you’ll be responsible for the rest. You can choose one of our affordable payment plans to cover the remaining cost of treatment.
  • We accept most HMO and PPO dental insurance plans! Our team will help you file your insurance claims and paperwork to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your plan.

If you don’t have insurance coverage, we’ll work with you to develop a financial plan that makes braces affordable and practical for you.

The Cost of Not Getting Braces

We believe a beautiful smile is truly invaluable. Believe it or not, many people who haven’t undergone treatment don’t realize how their dental condition is affecting their quality of life! That’s because the positions of your teeth and the alignment of your jaw bones have a significant impact on your vital functions (eating, sleeping and breathing).

If you have a dental or jaw misalignment, you may experience:

  • Frequent mouth-breathing
  • Loud snoring
  • Restless sleep, waking up feeling unrested
  • Popping, cracking, or locking of the jaw
  • Jaw pain or soreness when biting or chewing
  • Clenching or grinding teeth throughout the day or at night
  • Difficulty brush or flossing between certain teeth, which can lead to gum disease and bad breath
  • Facial abnormalities or disproportionate features caused by jaw misalignment (malocclusion)

These symptoms may have become normal for you, but they’re common indications of a narrow palate restricting the airways, misaligned jaw bones (overbite, underbite, open bite, cross bite), TMJ disorder and other treatable conditions.
